Dollie Range
Lowveld Dry: This is the unique base to our range of Dollie Gin, its secret ingredient is found in the Lowveld. Garnish with a wedge of lime and a stem of mint.
Rooibos & Lemongrass: It’s full-bodied with woody and grassy tones and has citrus notes. Garnish with rosemary and a grapefruit slice.
Blueberry & Pimento: This contains a taste of both spicy and sweet, a sprig of thyme, fresh blueberries or figs will make this one complete.
Strawberry & Wild basil: The distinctive Strawberry & Wild Basil Gin comes in a luscious pink hue, pop some fresh cucumber inside for a refreshing, indulgent drink.
Conservation Range
Guardian African Gin, our double-gold award winner gin, is distilled with 11 botanicals which allow us to craft the most flavourful gin in a “London Dry” style. These include juniper berries, Baobab, Spekboom, Orange & Lemon zest. Described as a well-balanced juniper dominant gin.
Safari African Gin, our double-gold award winner gin, is distilled in small batches with 12 different botanicals which include Portulacaria Afra, African Wild Ginger, African Potato Bush, and Marula. Described as a crisp dry style gin with lingering wild floral notes.
Wild Horse Wooded Gin, our silver award winner gin, distilled in small batches with 12 different botanicals and then aged in French Oak. Described as a warm caramel and thick toffee which complements the juniper forward taste of this gin.
